Our journey began when James and I purchased our first home in New York. We followed the traditional path: we went to school, secured good jobs, got married, and bought a house. Yet, the reality was far different from our expectations. With a mortgage that loomed large, we found ourselves taking extra jobs just to make ends meet, leaving us stressed and with little time for each other. We realized this wasn’t the fulfilling experience we thought homeownership would bring.

This awakening motivated us to rethink our approach to real estate and led to the creation of BRRREAKAWAY LLC.
