Meet the Founders

Meet Rosa Morabito

Rosa is a new mom navigating the delightful chaos of life with her handsome son and her amazing husband by her side. A devoted special educator and licensed behavior analyst for over a decade, she’s passionate about empowering children on the autism spectrum.

When she’s not busy working, you can find her dancing her heart out, trying new restaurants, or indulging in her love for real estate and crypto. Rosa has a keen interest in learning about different cultures and traditions, which adds a rich layer to her experiences. Family gatherings and adventures with friends are her jam, especially when they involve her beloved dog, Lia!

As a first-generation Italian, she treasures her roots and loves visiting family in Italy. Travel is her heartbeat, and she often finds herself binge-watching her favorite shows, Friends, Criminal Minds, and Stranger Things topping the list.

And let’s be real: she’d choose dessert or appetizers over a full meal any day! Instead of pondering the meaning of life, she’s all about creating her own purpose and nurturing it every day.

Meet James Fregara

Meet James Fregara, a proud new dad, embracing the joys of fatherhood with his son and treasuring every moment with his wonderful wife. Raised in Brooklyn, NY, and is fiercely proud of his roots.

A former high school football player, he brings his competitive nature to the gym and is an avid fan of basketball, football, and cornhole. The lessons he learned on the field—teamwork, perseverance, and discipline—are values he applies to every aspect of his life. Whether he’s hitting the weights or watching the game, he loves staying active and engaged.

Family is at the heart of everything he does. Growing up in a large, loving family, he treasures the bonds he shares with them. Though he lost his mom to cancer, her strength and love continue to inspire him every day.

With a quirky sense of humor, James has a knack for spotting even the tiniest crumbs on the floor—his friends know they can always count on him for a clean space! He’s also a movie enthusiast, armed with an impressive collection of quotes and always ready to challenge friends to name the film.
